Unknown

Track listing unknown, promotional DVD which contains at least a dozen clips of forthcoming music DVDs. Includes also a full length song Die Young from the Black + Blue DVD, meant to be released in 2002 (but which then was cancelled). Apparently the audio for the Die Young was 5.1 separated although had a bit "tinny" sound. Video for it was pan & scan but crystal clear. The graphics on the screen at the beginning of the song show "Black Sabbath" and with smaller letters text "with Ronnie James Dio".

  • Unknown, possibly Canada or maybe USA, maybe November of 2002
      Promo release.
