Roger Glover personal information

Roger Glover has produced several albums, including albums from Elf. His best-known band has been Deep Purple where he played until June 1973 - at that time he was thrown out of the band because Ritchie Blackmore didn't want him in the band.

After being kicked out of Deep Purple, Glover produced albums for several artists, including Status Quo, Judas Priest, Roy Gallagher and Ian Gillan. He released also a solo album called Elements in April 1978 on Polydor (2391 306). At some point he returned back to Deep Purple.

Roger Glover joined Rainbow around November 1978 when Ronnie James Dio was leaving the band.
