Hello!

Last night I saw the Dio show in Frankfurt. The venue was a small music club called "Batschkapp". Approx 300 people attended the show.

Support act was an unknown german metal band (I've forgotten the name). They played somewhat Maiden like metal, but far worse. Soon the crowd shouted for Dio to appear.

Then at 22.15 Dio appeared on stage. First he talked about some surprises he will have in hold for us. See the setlist and judge by yourselves (hope I remember it correctly):

• Drum Solo
• Heaven and Hell
• Mob rules
• Rock'n'Roll Children
• I speed at Night
• Stargazer including guitar solo and a small part of Mistreated
• King of Rock'n'Roll
• The Last in Line
• Neon Knights
• Rainbow in the Dark

• Man on the Silver Mountain/Long live Rock'n'Roll
• We Rock

  All in all it was a great show. Dio was in Top form. It was the first time I saw him for 12 years and he has nothing lost since. One could see anf feel that Ronnie enjoyed the show very much and and that he was in good mood. Unfortunately the sound wasn't very good especially the guitar could hardly be listened to. Stargazer was the highpoint of the show, a killer song!
