Rainbow: Rising tour dates

Thin Lizzy was supposed to be the warming-up band for June-July North American tour, but because Phil Lynott became ill, they had to cancel it. There were various different warming-up bands instead.

1976-06-13 Palace Theater Albany, NY USA Thin Lizzy was going to be the warming-up band but as Phil Lynott was diagnosed with hepatitis, they had to cancel their tour with Rainbow. According to "The Sunday Record" newspaper, Rainbow and Thin Lizzy played at this date at The Palace in New York City, NY but that is most likely just a confusion. A fan also confirms that he saw Rainbow on this date in Albany, NY.
